  1. Take a photo of you doing a Yoga Pose
  2. Upload your photo to that pose’s competition page. There is a separate competition for each pose. 
  3. Share your photo with your friends and family… As the photo with the most votes wins.

Feel free to enter one photo or if you’re an advanced Yogi and can complete all the poses below, you can enter into each of the yoga pose competitions. 

The rules are simple… 

  • Each Yoga Pose below has its own competition.
  • This means we are giving away 1 Hotel Accommodation Voucher for each competition/pose. 
  • You can only enter 1 photo per competition
  • You can enter into as many competitions as you can pose for. 
  • You can only vote once per competition so think long and hard before casting your vote. 
  • The photo with the most votes wins
